cough pain

So I recently just got the cold going around my school and everytime I cough I get a weird stabbing paid in my lower left abdomen. Could  with m with my pregnancy? Or could I have just pulled a muscl coughing?

When I sneeze it feels like something is ripping right at the bottom of my stomach. Apparently if you hold the muscles it isn't as bad. Didn't work for me though. :( I think it's normal though.

It normal.. its hurts me sometimes I cough or sneeze or even yawn.. ughhhh!!
