I have not had my period in approx 7 months or so, i have been feeling really dizzy and ligh headed, i had a blood pg test and reg pharmacy test done but shows neggative. I did not experience any symptoms with my first child so not sure if pg or not. what would be the best thing to do? get an ultrasound done?

Def see your doctor. A missing period for 7 months is definitely not normal.
The blood test would confirm pregnancy. While a store bought test could give you a false negative or positive, a blood test from a dr would not. If you are pregnant, a blood test would confirm with 100% certainty if you are or not. Something else has to be going on. Have you talked to your OB about this?
Have your hormones check with a blood test by your doctor. PCOS symptoms and pregnancy symptoms tend to mimic each other.
