very faint red spotting and light cramping

i am four weeks and 5 days pregnant today. i have had a previous miscarriage and am very worried about the pregnancy im having right now. ive been cramping a little bit but the cramps are ver faint... nothing sharp and just about a hour ago i noticed some light red liquid when i went to the bathroom. is this normal or am i having another miscarriage

A little bit of spotting can be normal but may be a warning sign. Try not to stress because this only makes matters worse. Talk to your Doctor about a pregnenolone supplement (Not DHEA!) for a short period of time, just to get you past the seven to ten week mark. It could just be spotting....however you cannot rule out a chemical pregnancy. I suggest going to your doctor and asking them to draw blood and test your hcg levels. That should give u a indication weither your pregnancy is viable or not. Hope all is ok. Try not to worry, more often its nothing more then just a little spotting.
