cold cuts?

Just a quick question, I heard that unpastuerized things are bad for baby including lunchmeats like ham, turkey and roast beef bc they contain listerosis that contributes to birth defects and miscarriage. Is that true bc im dying for a ham sandwhich? -__-

I haven't read that I eat subway almost every day because it is all I can keep down and did with all my other pregnancies. Hmmm

I was also told absolutely no cold cuts.  I was dying for a sub from subway the other day so I feel your pain!

You are not supposed to because of listeria risks

I asked my doctor this same question with my past pregnancy. He told me that a cold sandwich every now and then would be okay, but definitely not to eat them daily.
