could i still be pregnant?

im a week late on my period. which could be due to other things aside from pregnancy, ive come to believe this because i have taken three tests that were negative. but i have been told that it could be because my body just isnt producing high enough hcg levels. is it possible that i could still be pregnant even though my tests were negative. (the tests were home pregnancy tests) should i wait to see whether i start soon or should i see the doctor for a blood test?

My periods are now 2 and half weeks overdue, I know it sorta could be because I'm breastfeeding... (I have only had my periods back 2 months since having bub) But we have been trying to conceive again and I have had pregnancy like symptoms (tender breasts, sore to feed, My boy has gone a bit off my milk, cramps) but I have done multiple tests and they are all negative... Is it possible to have low HCG even if my first pregnancy showed a positive test straight away?!
From what I have gathered your periods could be late because you ovulated later this month And hcg is not yet present or diet/stress can contribute....

it is possible to have negatives when pregnant, like you said, you might have low HCG so the tests are not showing it. i'd say go for a blood test, it's better than the frustrating waiting game.
