could it be the mucus plug
so I have no idea what the mucus plug looks like. But the last couple of days iv had thick white discharge but today I had a greeny coloured mucusy discharge when I wiped after going to the bathroom. Baby has dropped, bout 2 weeks ago.and he does push down a lot. Could I have just lost some of my mucus plug?
the closer to your cervix the more it looks like what you have described, the further up your cervix it comes from the clearer it will look and thats when its usually tinned with blood, its till a very good sign that things are starting to happen, and your cervix is getting softer
Itll kinda look like jello, and like a loogie, with blood, and will sometimes be long
The mucus plug is not generally going to be something considered as discharge. It will be pink colored due to the blood and you will know it because there will be a LOT of "stuff" that comes out. A white discharge is normal. But as always, for something like this it is always good to let your doctor know what is going on.
