coulsthis be a miscarriage?

I just left the doctor and I had an ultrasound through the tummy the gestational sac measure 5+1 so we done a vaginal and the gestational sac measured 6 weeks and what she thought was the baby she measure and it measured 6 weeks also.  When I went to my ob last Monday the gestational sac measured 5+4 so I should now be 6+4 days.  Haven't had any pain or bleeding.  I go to my ob this coming Monday, may 5 for a follow up, I have a cyst on my right ovary.  She told me that when I go to my ob that it may be different that there machines may be more high tech then there's so there machines may be a little off.  I'm worried tho that maybe I've had a miscarriage.  I had one before my first child in 2012 I never knew I had a miscarriage I was supossed to be 9+5 but couldn't find a heat beat and had an ultrasound done and the baby only measured 8 weeks, could this of happened again? Please help I'm so worried.

Yes i have a one year old son.  I had a miscarriage before him.  Even with that miscarriage I had no pain nor bleeding.  I never knew I had the miscarriage until I went to the doctor.

All them measurements are just educated guesses. I had a miscarriage last year they told me the baby was 8 weeks at my doctor but when I went to the hospital they said I was barley 6 weeks. But any ways they gave me an early ultrasound this time bc of that and would not give it to me until I was eight weeks bc the chances of seeing the baby were very slim. And there was no way to hear the heart beat. As long as there is no bleeding no unusual pain you will be fine don't stress your self out. Do you have any kids?

She wouldn't even listen for a heartbeat bc she said she couldn't see the baby not 100% sure it was a baby.  She couldn't see it either.  She said I may just be super early, but it worries me that the measurements were so different.
