cradle cap...ezema? advice...

Anyone dealing with this...my 2 month old gets very very dry skin on her face. But when I put lotion on it...it flares up. I've tried aquaphor, aveeno unscented, burt's bee and Cetaphil. They all make her beat red:( I feel bad...that I can't do anything
I wash her with dove sensitive skin, also tried aveeno moisturizing soap unscented...

Try dreft. It might help. Maybe not wash yoir daughter's face with soap..since soap dries out the skin

Thank you...me too. Hm really? Yeah I changed it about a month ago after reading into it but honestly it has changed anything for us... my girls are still getting out breaks...

Yeah I have...my oldest daughter has eczema too. My doctor told me my 2 month old just has cradle cap but an extreme case. It seems like eczema though... the soaps don't seem to bother her much it's just the lotion. Her skin gets really dry and flaky:(

Have you tried the avveno eczema soaps?! My daughter has eczema and thats all I can use on her without her breaking out.
