They aren't very close together but my chest is hurting badly to should i call my doctor now or should i wait to see what the contractions do or should I call my doctor now

I am 32 weeks will be 33 On Saturday um well ive been take these pills my doctor gave me help stop the contractions which I've been taking them since I wad 28 weeks bc i was in premature labor but it take it a while for them to kick in
