cramping at night.

So I haven't had any contractions that I know of but for the past two nights I get cramps and i cant really sleep. Does anyone know what they are or if they are normal? I don't really get them throughout the day just all night. I'm a Ftm and 37+4.

Noo, I haven't. I just didnt think much of it because you know its just at night while I sleep and it been like that for the past 3 nights but they are very mild they dont progress or go and come back its like a pain that is just there. So idk if thats normal or not.

If it gets alot worst i'd def go in.. period cramping can be the start of labor and like they say if they dnt go away & seem to progress then its time.. go to l&d just to be checked it will atleast clear your worried mind... have you tried taking tylenol?!
