cramping in early pregnancy!!

i am 6 weeks and 1 day pregnant. I have cramps that come and go pretty frequently. No idea why i have them. This is my first baby. Should i be worried? I get them at night too and they constantly make me wake up.. When will it stop? Someone help!

You may always have aches amd pains while your pregnant your body is adjusting and changing a lot ! If you ever experience bleeding or anything unbearable or concerning let your ob . Know . Your uterus is expanding and the cramping is normal almost everyone experiences it
