cramps and brown discharge

i wanted to kow if anyone knew what is happening to me i cant help but worry this is my first pregnancy im 7 weeks and 2 days .. the last few days i have noticed after i go to the toilet when i wipe i have brown dischrage today im cramping .. the cramps come amd go ?? doctors say not to worry as brown bleed is ok come back if the blood turns red and serious cramps .. i dont know what to do .. can anyone please help..

i would just rest and take it easy!!
and try not to get too worried because you will stress your self out and the baby so take a couple of days off your feet and chill!!

i say don't worry to much the cramps in the first trimester are apparently normal and the brown discharge is just old blood being released.  i would listen to your doc and if the bleeding gets worse or turns red then see a doc
