cramps at 7 weeks

I had my daughter 11/2011. I had a miscarriage 10/2012 and recently found out that I am pregnant again. I started to have cramps this morning and am just worried about miscarriage again.. I have recently moved and don't have a OB/GYN. and tips on avoiding miscarriage?? Im Nervous and worried. Trying to rest and relax but it's hard.

I had a miscarriage in July 2013 I'm abt to give birth toy baby girl September 18 or sooner but I want to the doctor for ever cramp or when I felt like something was wrong ... Just have faith and pray abt it every day ... Please take it easy don't overdo yourself and rest as much as you can

I had constant cramps the first few weeks i didnt find out i was pregnant until 8 weeks and these crmaps continued until 16 or 18 weeks. The doctor says its from your uterus stretching making room for your baby. Sounds normal...jus. relax and have faith:) good luvluck to u i hope u have a smooth and healthy pregnancy hun
