cramps or BH at 19 week pregnant?

Hi girls, 
I have been feeling weird cramps in low abdominal that are not painful but annoying and I am concern....is it normal? Is it BH ? How do they feel?

It could be BH... I started getting BH during week 18.  I wouldn't describe it as a cramp since they definitely didn't hurt... I would have described it more as a tightening of my abdomen.  It happened during my week 20 appt. so I had my doctor feel what was happening and she said "Yep!  You are experiencing BH contractions."  So, it wouldn't be strange for you to start having them now :)

I don't think its BH, cuz its more like annoying cramping that comes and goes but no tightening...and my belly doesn't become any different. Im just surprised because I have been having it for the last 3 days but not weeks before....just for the past three days...

i had this too and still do sometimes, its just your uterus stretching. no need to worry!  if it persists and gets really painful then i would talk to a dr.

BH isn't really a cramping its more of a tightening...if that makes sense?  But, either way, whether its bh or uterus stretching...its perfectly normal.  I think at your stage though it is more likely uterus stretching.

my contractions - BH's - make my belly pull into a ball. My dr. said to keep an eye on them. Once I notice one, sit down, lay down, drink water and/or go pee : ) I am supposed to call if I get 4 or more within one hour. I usually notice the squeezing after I pee or when I am sitting in the car/movies/church, etc...

Thanks. I will see my doc in a week...Usually when I call them though they tell me something like "Everything s fine" and that's that :(
SO no point calling unless its too serious..I was just wondering if that could be either my uterus streching or BH...cuz I read that BH only last for a minute where I have mild dull constant thing.

this does turn out to be normal bh with some pregnancies that's just started early, and doesn't necessarily mean an early delivery. However, if it was happening to me i'd call my dr./midwife and ask them to check it out.
