cramps

Hi! I'm 6weeks and this is my first pregnancy. I'm really feeling crampy alot during the day and the last two days I've spotted a little. Just a tiny amount and it was really light. The cramps almost feel like menstrual cramps. Is it normal to cramp throughout the whole day

I did up until a week ago and I am 8 + 2. But if you are spotting I would go to the doctor to make sure everything is ok. Good Luck!
