I am 7 weeks and my first appointment is Dec 5. I am new to this but I am wondering if it's normal to start showing this early on.

No you don't show that early. If you have a bump its not baby it's bloating or bowel distention.

Usually at this stage, what you think is 'showing' is actually just bloating. Even if it were multiples, they are only the size of a poppy seed at this point, not even enough to enlarge your uterus yet. So actually showing is highly unlikely.. In fact, impossible.. Even if this were your 5th pregnancy!

Definitely not.  You are more than likely just bloated and your tummy will be flat as a pancake in the morning.  Your baby is about the size of a peanut.
