cramps!

im 25 weeks & been experancing cramps (no bleeding) quite a few times a day, is this normal? they get uncomfortable at time ;/ they feel like light period cramps

I know how you feel try heat compresses on your belly and back it eases them off best for me :)

I was getting them too & I called my doctor about it. He said not to worry unless I get 5 or more within a hour. I'm 18w 2d.
