cramps

Why ami having very bad cramps in my legs??? They seem to always get worst at night please help!!!

I've been eat them and will continue to do so I just hope they go away soon cause having two kids and being 23 weeks pregnant its never really any down time for me

my doc says its from potassium deficiency. Try eating bananas like paigemaree suggested. One with breakfast and dinner and if they get worse at night snack on another before laying down to sleep. Massages help too! It can be great bonding time with your partner, pick a nice massage oil or your favorite cream and ask him to help :)

Talk to your doctor . Its normal though . I feel your pain . Try eating more potassium etc . Bananas. .
Lastnight I woke up charlie horses in both calfs for at least a half hour . Its actually good to walk around to help w. Pain its hard but works .

Omg i promise youre not alone! Mine are so bad that they lutterally keep me up all night tossing and turning and they hurt so bad to the point where i have to cry sometimes. I have an appointment tomorrow hopefully my doc can help me cus i cant deal with the pain anymore ):

Yeah its normal to start getting them around your 2nd and 3rd trimesters they get worse and worse!
