Hello! I had cramps and back pain as well and I am now 23 weeks. I went to tge doctors Wednesday for a check up and asked my doctor about it. He told me that my uterus is pulling on the ligaments that are usually smaller, but are now being stretched by all the weight. If it hurts on a certain side, lean to the side that you are having the pain on and it will cause the ligament to shrink back and relieve the pain. The pain you are having on your back is most likely because you are starting to get a little belly, so your shoulders are pulled back to counter balance the weight to keep you from falling over. This causes pressure to be put on your back. Before long your hips will probably start hurting as well due to your belly swinging back and forth. I really hope I helped : )
