I'm having what it feels like menstrual cramps I'm 12 weeks 1 day could it be my uterus growing?

I'm almost 6 weeks and I get cramps from time to time. The doctor said that it's because your uterus is growing and cervix is stretching. It's normal with the absence of blood

I would say thts wats causing the cramps. I used to have then really bad. I'm 14 weeks but my doc said to lay on your left side and rub where it hurts. It works for me when I get those crampy feelings.
