Well eat some bologna. Its all the say but flat. Or try vienna sausage. I crave for something i just eat but minimize the intake.
That's normal food, that you used to eat. That's okay. If you crave chalk, or dirt, or weird non food items, then there's something wrong.
Well I don't find that wierd.due to the fact that I use to eat it like that too but now I am craving sand... I eat just a pinch everyday
