I never used to drink milk but recently I've been drinking 3 huge cups a day its the only thing that really seems to make me not so thirsty. Is there anything else besides meat with protein?
And make sure you're getting calcium. A lot of mommies get tooth aches from a lack of calcium.
That's totally fine and will help with digestion :-) just make sure you are getting enough protein. Protein is very important during pregnancy!
I've never really liked meat. So its really hard and like green peppers carrots avocado broccoli celery oranges apples bananas grapes strawberries blueberries raspberries. I can't seem to ever eat enough. And the veggies are all raw

Try and add in some meat but yes those are filled with lots of nutrients for you and baby
