I'll be 3 months on Saturday and I haven't gained weight either nor am I showing. I thought something was wrong with me for not gaining weight. My first doctor's appointment is on Wednesday so I'm going to talk to her about that

I'm 6 months and people still don't even believe im pregnant.. I have gained a little weight but you can't see a bump at all. The doctor says the baby is fine and has plenty of room and not to worry about it and my baby is even bigger than he's supposed to be so I guess Its fine!

It's okay if your not showing yet, with my first I didn't actually show until I was 6 months and once I hit 7 month I grew like crazy every morning I'd be bigger than the night b4. I was also able to sleep on my stomach without any discomfort or pain almost all the way up till I started showing, closer to that time it started to get bit uncomfortable so I leaned a little on my side nd it got better. U just lay however does not feel any pain or even slight discomfort in ur stomach

I'm 4 1/2 months and still not showing. And it's fine to sleep on your stomach. If it becomes uncomfortable though then stop. I just asked my doctor today if I can sleep on my stomach and she said its ok

At 3 months you're early u could sleep on your stomach as long as u don't feel discomfort. Tryst me there's plenty of cushion in there to protect baby. And in regards to gaining. It's normal not too as a matter fact most women lose weight first trimester because they get sick. Later on you'll gain a bit when the baby is bulking up. Don't worry as long as everything comes out ok on ultrasounds and blood work you are fine

At 3 months your fine. Baby is still small and could be towards your back. Aside from my chest growing and my hips shifting I didnt start looking pregnant until almost 6 months. Drs say the best was to lay is on your left side
