Can your stomach hurt you when you want to poop when your pregnant?
There will be times where you feel ALOT gassy..unfortunately there's not much to get rid of that. Massaging your belly should help. Not sure where you're from but I'm in Canada and we have a chewable tablet called gasX that's safe to use that really helps.
I find my stomach starts to feel very heavy and uncomfortable if I can't go to the washroom right when I have to go. Also when constipated...which is more often than not while I've been preggo.
