I would see for doc as soon as you can. I was feeling some cramps last week, no blood or anything, but I decided to see my doc anyways the next day. Good thing I did, turns out was dialing and thinning out, they kept me at the hospital overnight, had me on magnesium to stop contractions(I couldn't even feel the contractions) and gave to shots to mature my sons lungs in case I delivered him early. I definitely didn't think I was in preterm labor, but thank God I listened to my gut, and everything was taken care of. I'm just on light bed rest now(I'm 27weeks). Not trying to scare you(I never had this issue with my other pregnancies) but better safe than sorry!
