cyst vs. pregnancy

hi-

I have done some research on pcos and ovarian cyst and how they can mimic regnancy symptoms like headaches, bloating, sore/swollen breasts, cramps, back ache...that's what i found via google lol but only those symptoms.. what about discharge (yeallow/creamy white), veins prominent on stomach and chest (i know i'm not making this one up cos i wasn't looking for it..i just took my top off one day and i went holy ****! i'm a road map!), bad sleep pattern, really bad heartburn/indigestion (i've had tummy problems for years so i know heartburn and i felt it for about 5 days before i even THOUGHT of pregnancy, and my DF said they look different from 2 weeks ago. he doesn't know of the impending pregnancy.i also hve pain in my abdomin. like inbetween my pelvis and ribs. its rright in the middle of my right side. its weird. it doesn't hurt its like an ache. oh and one major thing that is pissing me off...hot flashes!! i can't make this **** up. my body gets soo hot! even a family friend again not knowing impending pregnancy felt my neck and head and thought i had a fever. we checked and nope no fever but my body was burning! and i also have all the other things like nausea, tired, headache (i had one that was sooo bad i couldnt function), sore/swollen boobs, cramps, and bloating. so yes ovarian cysts can cause pregnancy symptoms..but to this extent? um i know when you think omg! i'm pregnant you imagine every symptom possible making you think your pregnant. but these are weird things i've never in my life have had (and yes i have ovarian cysts). i've had them rupture and swell but never had the other symptoms. umm..yeah. i suppose i'd be right around 4 weeks pregnant. i know the way to tell is take a test. yes obviously. i'm just curious as to what other people have experienced/know. thanks!

so i have to wait til i'd be 5 weeks instead of at 4 weeks?

I have pcos and as far as mimicking pregnancy symptoms idk however a lot of pregnancy symptoms are also period symptoms.  Wait a week and take a test that's the only way to know.

I have pcos... Honestly i always got all the symptoms of pregnancy... However if thy r new to u thn obviously there could be something changing... N as u said u ll hve to wait to do a test... Once u do tht if thts clear thn u should ask ur doc look into ur symptoms as it could be progressive stsge of pcos...

I hve ibs so mny other symptoms indigestion are gifted with it... The month i use to ovulate i use to get severe boobs pain... Enlargement etc... N yes increase in cervical discharge.. Bt after few days i use to get my cycle.. Good thing is my cycles ate regulsr 30-35 days... So only sign for me always been missed cycle...
