omg never again. Help !

Hadnt gone to mcdonalds in months.  But I wanted a big mac so I went and pigged out and now I cant seem to get off the toilet. I know having diarrhea is bad, that it can start labor or something.  Do I just drink lots of water or im I just overreacting. Im 23 weeks 0 days.

Yeah mcdonalds is no good lol especially if you haven't eaten it for awhile and then eat it. Same thing happened with me! Just drink lots of water, eat a couple bananas throughout the day and eat a healthy dinner. Some protein with veggies :)

You're fine. I have extra bowel movement whenever I have mcd. Even before pregnancy! I think it's the grease that makes stuff glide out. Lol

I ate a big mac yesterday too never again threw it all up within 20 mins

Your fine. Slow down on fast foods they Can really change your bowel movements. Drink water and eat vegtables it's to get you stomach back on track. McDonald's isn t the best restaurant for pregnant women a lot of there food is frozen go to a real burger place where it's fresh ground beef
