decaf coffee?

Everyone has said limit your caffeine intake. So is decaf coffee okay to drink?

Yes decaffeinated is fine still has small % of caffeine but is better then regular.

There's alil bit of caffeine still in de caf. But it's fine. I buy half caffeinated coffee from folgers. And limit myself to 1-2 cups a week. My I do drink 1-3 cups if coke a week. I jest can't help it. I love pop! Lol. Just as long as your keeping it under 200mg of caffeine a day. Which allows you up to 2 cans of pop, 2 glasses if black tea or two cups if regular coffee. Our even one energy drink ( I don't drink them, but my co worker s wife does andhas for all 6 if her pregnancies).

I haven't heard any reasons to say it isn't and I've been drinking it all along.
