This sounds weird, but shine a flashlight on your stomach. Place it against your skin & move it all around. Hold it in certain spots until you feel movement. I did this when I was like 20 weeks & my baby would move all around. I guess they can see the light & it's kinda brighter than what they're used to so they move away from it. Hope this helps! :-)
That honestly makes me feel better! I hope she's just as calm when she comes here lol
My baby was the same way.. He's here now and healthy! Try eating or drinking something and play loud music or something to wake him/her..
Some babies don't move much but they are perfectly healthy.
The concern, when you have a baby that doesn't move much is they aren't getting enough oxygen so they are conserving their movement. If your baby has a good strong heartbeat, then that's not the case - it's getting plenty of oxygen.
If you watch a kindergarten class walk down the hall, you'll see that some walk quietly and in line, and some are skipping and singing and hopping around. Babies are like that too. ;D
Same happened to me. Baby is getting big and room is getting smaller
I try that but sometimes she still won't move in the two hours
Yeah dont Google anything its the worst possible thing ever !!! Like the person above said, drink something cold or sweet and lay down and relax and count the movements. Dont stress out.
My doctor told me to drink something cold then lay on my left side, if the baby move at least 10 times within 2 hours. Everything is ok.
Okay it's just really stressful sometimes and research makes me feel worse
No your babybis just getting bigger and might have alot of room left. My ob said not to worry if they move atleast 10 times within 2 hrs aday.
