Drink lots of water for dehydration n 100% fruit juice for constipation
Lots of water and or gatorade for the dehydration. For the constipation try eating bananas or alot of fruit it helped me.
Bananas dont help with constipation they work the opposite thats why when you have diareah they put you on the brat diet...bananas, rice, dont remember the a and toast. Its a natural binder. I had the same issue and read on here to make choc milk with the powder...i was skeptical at first but tried it and it worked. The more powder the quicker in my case..gl
Drink lots of fluids for the dehydration stay away from caffeine as much as possible that will make dehydration worse and for constipation eat prunes they work amazingly
