dehydration

What does dehydration feel like? What are the symptoms? I don't know if I am dehydrated or not but I just feel thirsty all the time and my throat hurts a lot. And have chapped lips and have a belly ache. Please help.

The constant thirst just doesn't ease up either, so keep on chugging water. Your body will tell you what it needs.

I was told to drink alot of gatorade or powerade, something with electrolytes when I was dehydrated. My symptoms were preterm labor, I had contractions ever 3 minutes and they couldn't get an IV in my hand because my veins were really shriveled….I also just felt like I got hit by a truck or something, really weak and sick….

Some symptoms of being thirsty all the time is diabetes though, have you taken your glucose test yet?

Stomach and back pain, headache, woozy, just drink a lot to make sure you get rehydrated, and watch out for any tightening of your stomach, incase you get contractions, because dehydration can cause preterm labor!

My stomach had a lot of pain and I had the worst head ache. Just drink a ton and take it easy! Good luck
