The color of your urine tells a lot too but if you are still peeing frequently i wouldnt worry too much i could all just be from fatigue, just keep a close eye on it and watch out for any other signs

i juss thought id ask cuz i honeslty dnt really remember wat it feels like to be dehydrated... i juss feel like that every time i go to drink something nd im kinna breathin as if im out of breath a lil bit tho like barely...

not necessarily on that alone but it is possible, it would not hurt to give your dr a call if this is a concern just to be sure. in the mean time drink plenty of water if possible
