I know I may dehydrated but I really don't wanna go to the er. So I've been drinking plenty of water today but I still feel bad. Should I continue to drink water and wait to see if it gets better?

I was just hospitalized yesterday for dehydration. Had to have 3 bags of IV through me. It started contractions the day before. I'm 30+3 weeks. I started shaking and shivering and then had a panic attack. Abd turned purple so make sure you get that taken care of!

Dehydration leads to contractions for me, I try to drink at least 64 oz of water a day.

My dad is a diabetic so he was told some symptoms from his nurse. Dry mouth, constipation, headaches etc. I also used Google to see symptoms while pregnant and it lists the same symptoms included contractions and dark urine.

Color of your pee is a good indicator it should be very light yellow or clear. Bright yellow is dehydration
