Has anyone used evening prims oil stuff? Did it work? Please help
I'm taking what's called super primrose instead of the regular pills. Its 1300 mg and I take it twice a day.
I just started taking the tablets about 3 days ago. I am 39 weeks. Laat week I was 0% effaced. Yesterday I was 50%. Could be coincidence, could be the EPO. I'm sure it's just one of those things that for some people it works, some it doesn't. It does have other benefits like regulating hormones and skin elasticity. Can't hurt to try!
