I eat ice cubes and sleep sitting up with pillows. Mine is bad at night and will wake me up and most nights I do get up and throw up which just makes it all the worse.

I feel your pain, I've been through it with each of my pregnancies. Unfortunatly there's not much you can take to help.  Try to stay sitting up or propped up on a pillow. Don't lie down. When you eat, only eat small portions at a time don't eat big meals it makes it worse. Try to eat ice cubes because even drinking water made it worse for me. Good Luck Sweetie!

Water won't help reflux (it's all I drink and I have GERD and Gastritis). There aren't many things outside medication that help it. Keeping food in your stomach can help keep the levels down, but your body will still make it. Can you borrow the money from someone to get anything?
