I went through that. I wrote how I felt on paper and it helpped. But I also told my husband so you could try that?

Your Dr can help! I have horrible depression but I see a therapist and I'm on Zoloft which is completely safe during pregnancy. When I wasn't on the meds I was extremely suicidal and it was very dangerous for me an baby. See what can be done to help!

I'm only 7 weeks and suffer with PTSD and depression. I would go see ur doctor at very least they can offer you some lists of activities and session which may help boost your mood. Sometimes a doctor will prescribe pills but with pregnancy its difficult. I understand that u didn't want to go on pills but talking to ur Dr is a good step to take and just explain  x
