Awwee im sorry your going through that. I was the same at ur weeks. Im now 20weeks. Boil some rice and just drink the rice water you can add i little sugar if you want. It help ease the nausia trust me!! I have hyperemesis gravidarum and lost a total of 17lbs because of it. Fresh fruit nibbling on apple slices before you even get up from bed helped out also. And make sure you let your doctor know whats going on.

If your to the point you cant keep water down like i was call and talk to your dr they have a few different meds to help... its frustrating i know bc you dont wanna take meds if u dont have to but the baby needs nutrients and you need the water. I hope it gets better for you. And like someone else said make sure ur snacking thru the day i try to eat b4 bed i know its not the healthiest but if i go to bed hungry i pretty much wake up puking. Some women have told me to keep crackers next to my bed and eat a few b4 i get up, i however cannot eat saltines so i use gummies, i munch on 5-10 then get up. I hope it helps!

I really struggled with morning sickness with my first pregnancy. I was the one hanging my head out of the car window throwing my guts up! It was awful, i worried because i couldnt keep a thing down and baby wouldnt have been getting the nutrients she needed. I decided to go to my doctor who prescribed me anti-sickness tablets and they worked really quickly. Id give them a go, i will be doing the same thing straight away this time. Im 5 weeks and no morning sickness just yet - thank god x

I am now seventeen weeks pregnant. But I went through the exact thing you went through. It is VERY important to find ANYTHING you can stand to eat and keep eating it. Even if its unhealthy ( I found that salty plain lays potato chips worked waaaay better than gross saltines ) anyway the more empty your belly is the worse the nausea will be. Try your best to stay ahead of it like eating before you even get out of bed, and ask your doctor if you can switch to a gummy prenatal that doesn't have any iron ( if you aren't low on iron its OK. Iron is most important for your baby layer in pregnancy ) iron is known to exacerbate nausea. And other than that you just have to ride it out till your second trimester : /

I'm 7wks and am the same. Yesterday I couldn't even get off the couch other than to run to the bathroom every 20 minutes. I eventually took a 3hr nap but when I woke up I was right back to feeling sick. Ginger ale doesn't work so I guess I'm looking for some advice also. This sickness is worse than it was with my first and I can't take sick time off work because I have to save every archive for when I'm in maternity leave in order to get paid
