I find having someone to talk to about how you're feeling helps a bit. Also I started taking high dose vitamin D (2000IU/day) and fish oil and I've found it helps to stabilize my moods on the days I remember to take it. You can also talk to your doctor if you feel you need medication. It's nothing to be ashamed of. Pregnancy wreaks havoc with our entire bodies, and can change the way you see situations and people. You can tell your SO how you're feeling, which might help. Sometimes men are just clueless. I wish you lots of luck. It does get better!
