hi i know how you feel and i think there alot of people who feel the same at the early stage of pregnancy looking out for blood i did with all my pregnancies going to the toilet looking forany sig of blood everyone goes through it. brown discharge is normal its just old blood but if you are worried about it that much see your doctor and as of feeling dizzy and passing out you need to eat and keep your fluids up i was like that with all my pregnancies.
i hope your scan goes well for you next week and you start to relax :)
good luck

Why do you think you are going to loose the baby? From what your post says you have had no symptoms . Brown discharge is normal and as long as you are eating enough you wont get dizzy and pale.
Worrying is not good for the baby, calm down and relax.

Whenever you are experiencing any kind of brown or red discharge, you need to call your doc asap. Brown indicates old blood, so it could be nothing, but you always want to be sure. They may want to see you and check to see if your cervix is closed and see what else could be going on. Sometimes it's normal to spot in early pregnancy, and go on to have a healthy pregnancy. You could always go to the ER as well if your doc is not available and if it will ease your mind.
