diaper bag!

Every time I ask this on other sites people tell me what to put in my hospital bag. I'm more worried about what to put in my baby's bag after I'm out the hospital and we start going places. So far I've got diapers, powder, butt paste, baby Tylenol, pacifier, outfits, rag, socks, bibs, and receiving blanket. I plan to get a nose sucker and thermometer. I KNOW I'm missing stuff. What else is a must to have in the diaper bag?
