diapers and stages. confused

I've desided this time since I'm having.g twins that I will have disposable diapers because its easier lol. I used cloth with my son.
But my questions are.. what are they best brands to use. How many boxes to they go thru in every stage ( I know every babe is different just trying to stalk up) and that's all I can think of lol  thanks for the help

I could only use luvs with my son every other diaper he would pee right through they were the only ones he didn't. He's 2 and still wears a size 3.

I use huggies with my son. They hold amazing. With luvs everytime he pooped it would seep out automatically, same with pampers. Huggies are really durable and soft. And they go by weight. My son has been in a size 4 since he was 8 months old and just went up to a size 5 and he's 2 now.

This is awesome ladies. Thank you so Much. It been almost 11 years since I had a new born so I'm learning all over again.  I used this stuff called butt paste with my older boy just because there name was funny and turned out it worked really well as a barrier.
Nicole, your babe sound so adorable! I've seen the new born diapers and OMG how tiny! Thanks for all the info. Has helped me out a lot!

My son was in newborn diapers for 10 weeks. He's almost 3 months old and still in size ones. It depends on the baby. I use pampers swaddlers then switch to huggies.

Oh meant to say if they get nappy rash its another sign to size up or change more frequently. Sudocrem and talc make all the difference and really an essential with disposables. Not sure if you have sudocrem but its a barrier cream.

I went with pampers on my first and never had any probs so will try them again this time. My girl was over 8lbs so she only had one pack of size one before she was onto size 2. There is a lot of over lap. With twins chances are they will be smaller then she was. I'd go for 4 packs of size one (based on changing every two hours for the first few days) then stock up on size two. If you start to get leaks then move onto next size. No point trying to use up for the sake of it cos vests etc get wrecked and they're more expensive to replace. I'd recommend a nappy bin that seals the nappies in an internal bag - best £10 I ever spent! Cartridges can get pricey so beware of that but it keeps the smells away and not going out to the main bin all the time :-)

I think the stages go by weight of the babe. Not sure tho... I heard luvs are good. So many to choose from! Lol

Idk about the stages I'm a ftm, but my friend uses luvs diapers, she says they're really good and affordable. Those are the ones I'm going to buy.
