diarrehea, stomach hurt

So during the night I woke up to my stomach hurting kinda bad. I got scared cause I thought I was gonna miscarry but I went to the bathroom and I had diarrahea. It made my stomach cramp and hurt alot. (I've had worse pain tho) does anyone else get bad pains with diarrehea? Or cramp like feelings? I feel better nw but I feel like I might have to go again, I feel so stomach ache pains but slighty.

Iam 18 weeks days and that also happens to me when I get the runs or need to pass gas...lol

I had 2 bad spells of diarrahia in my first trimester and it was after being constipated for like a week straight. I haven't had it bad like that since the first trimester. I think maybe it's just our bodies adjusting to the new hormones and our digestive system slows down to allow our body to get the most nutirients for the baby.

I had this same exact issue the other day. Woke almost crying from cramps. Turns out it was the runs I bout cried the while time my belly was hurting lol. I thought about a miscarry too. I'm 11w3d. I felt fine the next day n haven't had those cramps since. Its probably just the runs. Sometimes it can be incredibly painful n I know it all way too well....I have it a lot. ): good luck hope it goes away!

Oh ok well thank you, im glad its not just me.  I will talk to him about thus Monday ill call!  I get the same way with both bm's but with the diarrhea the cramps hurt :/ & it scares me.

I dont take anything for it. Every now and again I just get cramps because I have to use the bathroom, not always from diarreah but regular 's aswell.
it wouldnt hurt to talk to your doc about it, just to ease your mind.

Im 32weeks and I wake up in the middle of the night with cramps from having to go to the bathroom on occasion

Im 9weeks &  2days.  Yeah there was no bleeding thank god! I just get so worried cause Ive already had 3 miscarriages:/

How far along are you?
I got cramp a lot at the beginning, and tummy aches every night. And it went away around 15 weeks I think.
Just Make sure there's no bleeding.
