37+1 weeks , havent dilated NONE ! What can help ? #ftm
I'm 39wks 5 days and I'm only 1cm :( It can be very frustration FTM as well. My doc said keep having sex and stay active. I've read a lot I've moms doing the evening primerose pill. They say it works.
