I am 21 weeks as of today and my discharge has changed color its always been a creamy white color now it looks yellowish green...is this normal?

sounds like an infection to me.  I would ask the doctor to be sure.

I went to my doctors appt yest and they asked about discharge... I told them that its white... But when I urinate it seems as if it cud b yellow when I wipe...she replied its ok!... So I'm guessing its ok... As long as,its not accompanied by any symptoms like; itching, burning, odor,etc

it may be your mucus plug.  i would tell your doctor so they can monitor it

I' VE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM IT MAY BE A SIGN OF A YEAST INFECTION BUT I WOULD ASK YOUR DOCTOR JUST TO BE ON THE SAFE SIDE
