Anyone know Why discharge would smell sweet?
If you have a yeast infection it can smell almost sweet, it will literally smell like bread dough.... Otherwise depending upon what you eat, that can change how you smell as well.
How far along are you? My doctor told me that amniotic fluid smells sweet when it is released.
