dizziness and headaches :(

I'm 15 weeks pregnant and for the last week I've been struggling with dizziness and severe headaches during the day. Every time I get up, no matter how long I've been sitting or what position I've been sitting in, I feel light headed, dizzy, and the blood rushes to my head. My head will throb and pound so bad I have to stop what I'm doing and wait for it to stop. I've tried everything to getting up slowly to sitting in different positions. I'm not sure what's wrong but it's really scaring me. I have a doctors appointment on Tuesday to address the issue but until then, any opinions? :/ thanks for your help.

Like KimMariee26 said, you're body's producing extra blood and you're blood pressure may be a bit low as a result. Make sure you stay hydrated and try to eat healthy little snacks throughout the day. If you do faint, know that it is really common but your dr may want you to get checked out. I fainted in the middle of a department store at 20wks last pregnancy and landed on my ankle. Definitely was not drinking enough water.

I think it's because you're producing more blood for the baby. I used to feel like that & I still do. Try not to move so quickly. Like if your bending over don't stand too quick. Because you'll get dizzy & all that. I'm pretty sure you're fine. You're bodys just pumping more blood for the baby. But always tell your doc. You may never know.
