dizziness

I am about 10 weeks and I have been getting light headed/ dizzy a lot since  about 6 weeks. The past week it has stopped but now I get dizzy if I go too long without eating. I work 6 days a week 8-9 hours per day. Any advice??

Eat as healthy as possible you're having trouble with your sugar. It seems like youre taking in too many carbs or something

Very normal to be dizzy. Just make sure that you are staying hydrated and mention this to your doctor at your next visit. They will be able to advise you better on what to do to avoid this!

I also feel really weak when I go too long without eating. Obviously, I eat when I need to but is there a way when I do eat I can make it last longer? It only usually lasts about two hours every time I eat. I work in a restaraunt and its hard to have to keep snacking every couple of hours.
