I am like you, get very dizzy and have to sit down, because I do not want to fall badly or hit something that can hurt my stomach.
My doctor told me it's normal, I do not have low blood sugar and my Iron levels are good, I workout, I hydrate, I eat healthy, I watch my sleep rutine, my blood pressure is fine (120/77) but my pulse is low, it's a health sign, and here (in Iceland) the doctor say the worst thing about this is that it can be annoying...
... But check first if anything else could be causing this; low blood pressure or low iron, low blood suger, to little oxygen in the blood and so on...
-good luck :)

Hmm sweetie that sounds a Lil scarry I can see why your concerned and not to make it worse but fainting can be an iron issue or a blood sugar one. I would try to eat small meals threw the whole day and talk to your doc about youe iron lvls
