FTM HELP BACK LABOR???
I think I am having back labor im 38 weeks can someone explain back labor to me??
I was just at the doc and he told me im too small and my baby is having a hard time dropping so im not even dropped but the pain is getting worse and my stomach is tightening
Bub is probably posterior meaning that they are laying with their spine on yours. Do lots of walking, get down on your hands and feet and sway your hips to encourage bub to turn.
