Check on websites like Freestyle and Craigslist. Also, check in with your local Birth Right or a crisis pregnancy center. Some churches also have programs where they will put together supplies for moms in need. Your best bet are local resources.
I signed up to everydayfamily. I highly recommend it they send free offers to my email all the time. I did a free diaper trial ( paid shipping about 5 bucks) weeks after getting the sample they sent me over 200 diapers wipes laundry detergent soap body wash all for baby all normal. I've purchased a sling they offered me a lot of things
You can look around for different community things.. Like my city has a city wide baby shower yearly.. And you can look for different organizations
